How to Place a Custom Cake Order

Deposit Policy

non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your order. Minimum deposit: $10 Your order is officially booked once the deposit is received.

CAKE ORDER AGREEMENT

Agreement Acknowledgement

By placing a custom cake order with Pensacola Cake & Bakeshop, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this Custom Cake Agreement.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Your deposit is non-refundable and covers time, materials, and scheduling.

Design Approval & Changes

Any changes to the agreed design must be communicated and approved
at least 5 days before pick-up.

Pick-Up & Handling Responsibility

Once the cake leaves my premises, the customer is responsible for proper handling, transport, and storage.

Unclaimed Orders

Unclaimed cakes will be kept safe for up to 3 days.
After 3 days, I reserve the right to dispose of the item.

Artistic Variation

All cakes are handmade. Slight variations may occur, but the approved design concept will always be honored.
